The twenty-first century has become the century of science and technology, even more than the Preceding century was. It is also India's century, since Indian engineers and experts rule the roost, not only in the field of information technology, both software and hardware, but in other spheres, too.
The computer revolution has revealed the latent potential of Indian brainpower and Indian computer experts are dominating the scene in the USA particularly, as India takes gigantic strides towards becoming a superpower in the computer conscious world of today.

The trend towards globalisation means that the world is becoming one,and as for as computers are concerned, India bids fair to becoming a global leader. This means that in order to harness Indian brainpower to the needs of the computer industry and the specialised field of management on the one hand, and the field of engineering and technology on the other, we have to prepare committed and efficient computer engineers, software and information technologists and masters of management techniques,as well as engineers and technocrats.

It is this vision that the faculty of Management and Computer Application and the Faculty of Engineering and Technology have set before themselves. The first aims at producing a continuous stream of management and computer personnel who would help improve the management of corporate, non-corporate and public systems through quality management education, research, consulting, training and computer application; the second at providing India and the world at large engineers and technocrats, so urgently needed to lead India to greater economic heights.

The two faculties work in tandem with each other, helped by a band of highly qualified and dedicated teachers, who are supported by the infrastructure of the 115-year-old Raja Balwant Singh College, Agra, the College with the largest number of faculties (eight) in the entire Sate of U.P.
