Bichpuri
Campus
The Bichpuri Campus,
situated 12 K.M. From the Raja Balwant Singh College Main Campus
at Agra on the road Agra-Achhnera Road, came into being in 1943
with the acquisition of the 100 acres Government Farm on a five-year
lease, converted to one of 99 years in 1979. It was an innovative
approach of Dr. R. K. Singh, who was always on the look-out
for new areas of development and so seeking an opportunity for
the expansion of the agricultural wing of the institution he
seized it.
